Our Shipping Policy
Ready-made orders normally ship out 5 business day and tracking information is sent. The time needed to prepare custom orders for shipping varies.
All purchases are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Alternate shippers can be used if required. We rely on the USPS Delivery Confirmation as proof that your package has reached its destination.
Please be sure to provide correct shipping information during your checkout process. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer, the re-shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer. The re-shipping fee must be paid by the buyer for a 2nd shipping label and the package must be re-shipped to the buyer within 7 days of its return to our shop. If after 7 days the re-shipping fee has not been paid by the buyer, allowing us to re-ship an order, we can no longer be held responsible for the order and reserve the right to dispose of the package.
Our Refund Policy
We provide a 100% refund policy as described below on non-custom orders.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom-made, or personal-use items.
If you are unsatisfied with an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your items. We would want to fix, replace, or refund the product. We issue a refund only when we receive the item back.
The Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping and tax charges. It is recommended to use a shipping service that offers tracking and/or insurance of the package.
In a case when we processed an order incorrectly or the Buyer received defective merchandise, we gladly replace or take back the item for a full refund at our expense.
